CSS
Cascading Style Sheets, the language used to control the presentation and layout of web content.
Context
CSS rules can change typography, color, spacing, alignment, and responsive layout. The cascade determines how applicable style rules combine.
The smaller tags, circular share buttons, and page layout in this Compendium are examples of presentation controlled with CSS.
Examples
- A CSS rule can place two sections beside each other on a wide screen and stack them on a phone.
