Pokémon
A franchise about discovering, befriending, training, and battling creatures called Pokémon, spanning video games, cards, animation, and more.
Context
Many Pokémon games follow a Trainer exploring a region, meeting Pokémon, and developing a team. The Pokédex organizes information about the creatures encountered along the way.
Pokémon is one of my long-running interests. I founded the Pokémon Club at Muhlenberg College, where members shared the games, cards, and other parts of the franchise.
Examples
- A club meeting might include trading Pokémon, playing the Trading Card Game, or discussing a new region.
